so yeah los angeles has been pretty great lately with all the protests. i went to the first one with jeric, elan and amy and it was awesome. the energy was crazy and everyone was feeling a little better through unity after the huge letdown that was Prop 8. there were marches over the next few days but sadly i didn't go to any of those but i've had my eye on it! reading all kinds of stuff on latimes and general news outlets. it's refreshing in a way so yeah i wish it all well. as for obama i'm very hopeful for "change" but i wont automatically expect the world. he's not more like a third term of bush than mccain is as ann coulter was trying to claim on the radio the other day... ha! geez yeah i listen to a lot of "conservative" talk radio to get perspective... it's sooooo weird and soooo sided. i didn't even know there was "liberal" talk radio because it's not so venomous making fun of what people wear and complaining about everything. i don't believe anyone was thrown under any buses after gore lost like palin is. i wear a month ago coulter was SO complimentive over palin! oh well. who cares.
i'm working on a sunday?! that's cool. next weekend i get all of friday off and esther and i are going to vegas! yessir! she's taking me to see O and love! it's going to be soooo rad!!! on the way through the week i'm seeing beck, travis, entrance and thursday we're doing esther's birthday ride bar hop! BE THERE! if you want to know what's going on we're most likely starting the ride from Tren Way and then going to local bars, as EASY ride, but if you just want to cruise over with your car give me a call and i'll let you know where we'll be (either secret bar, roost, teeyee or verdugo) or something. early HAPPY BIRTHDAY ESTHER! <3 SHE's HERE FOR LUINCH!!!!
