"I wanna ride the pony!"

... It really sucks. Ever since I was little, I wanted a dog. Then every time we'd get a dog, it was a mutt that never listened. So eventually, we had to give the dog back. But when we lived in VA and had a house, mom decided we could get another dog. She research all the pretty dogs and chose a Siberian Husky. Now, I love love love Siberian Huskies, but they aren't the most loyal of dogs. They love freedom, and love to run. So we constantly had to keep her contained. Anyway, Gracie Lynn was a rescued 1 year old purebreed that we found. She was my best friend and constant companion. She had more engery than any of us knew what to do with. She loved to chase the ducks at the pond or bite the tales off of little creatures. She was the best. Yeah, she definately got annoying sometimes... Mounds of fluffy white hair twice a year... but I really miss her. I am glad that she has a good new family... still, she was my family.
So... now that I am in a more stable situation... I want a dog. I don't want a baby... I want a dog. We've been to the pet shops a couple of times now. At first, we fell in love with the cutest little mini schnauzer. Then the next time we went, we saw a "Lily" aka, a Basset Hound. I love Basset hounds... they have the best temperment. They are just like little people. But in the same cage was a B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L "little" puppy. This pup was not another Basset... it was a Bernese Mountain Dog. She was the sweetest thing ever. Of course, her paws were huge... meaning she was going to be one big dog. I googled the breed ... they are supposedly "the perfect family dog". Now I really, really, Really. REALLY want one.
However, getting a dog would mean that we would have to find another place to live. No pets allowed here. It would be really hard to keep a Bernese Mountain Dog secret for long. " no really mr. landlord, its my neice... she just has a disorder" Right.

Oh... By The Way... Bernese Mountain Dogs run about $1300 to $2000. So, if any one out there is in a generous mood, give me a ring! :-)

... Classes are going okay. Scott didn't go last night...so I had to sit all alone. Well, sort of along. In the middle of a classroom full of people kind of alone. I don't think I did very well at all on my Revelation test. I think I aced my other test though. Doc's tests are easier than Donavan's.

Ciao for now.
