First day @ work
Started my new job today. Just set-up my laptop, finally got my Internet access.
Got a BIG SURPRISE when I came in this morning, only to realised that I have an 'ex-colleague' who is joining on the same day as me. Used to be my peers, and now MY BOSS! XXX. People get promotion, and mine is just a lateral move. What am I doing here man? Even thot she is more 'senior' than me, but my industry experience is not any lesser. This is so...... I must learn to be more assertive n have more control of my life.
