In Plain Sight thoughts~
In Plain Sight this season so far
I'm grateful they didn't make a lot of fuss or make Mary Marshall's girlfriend in a coma. And, also awesome, they didn't drag out the whole "who shot Mary?" plot that lasts forever and ever and is up there with Mulder's little gray men.
She still breaks my heart because she's so her and she tries so hard and the only one that really gets her is Marshall and they both know it. Marshall's forever in love with her but not stupid in love.
I love how awesome Marshall is...all badass and harassing the gangbangers
How they met was awesome. And they clicked. And still click.
The most telling byplay in this whole season was this:
Mary: What is it?
Marshall: If I tell you, you're just going to want to come with me.
Mary: That's not true. I have no idea what it is and I want to come with you.
