Title: Golden Opportunities

Summary: Osamu's will continues to crumble.
A/N: For whisper132, who wanted more Osagin. This, of course, fits somewhere into her Parabola timeline.
The sleepovers were a problem. Osamu was of two minds on the subject, like with most things regarding Gin.
It always seemed like an easier solution, to have Gin stay over, when it came time for Gin to leave-or those few times Osamu allowed Gin to drink.
And when he let Gin stay over, he always remembered-about this time in the morning-that it was a very bad idea. Sometimes, it was because Gin accidentally found his way onto Osamu's futon. Which he'd buy if it weren't for the fact that where Osamu slept and Gin slept were on separate futons, very far apart.
Other times, it was because Gin would sneak up on him when he was having an early morning smoke. Osamu was always more pliable when half-asleep. under-nicotined, and under-caffeinated.
Today, it was the hand-to-belly hand motion. Osamu scratched his belly, shirt riding up, and Gin, thinking himself sly, scooted his hand over to touch Osamu's no-zone skin.
Another reason these sleepovers were bad, bad, bad was because Osamu's fear of concrete shoes and prison bed-buddies was slowly disintegrating with every un-subtle glance and not-so-sly touch from Gin. Which was wrong. And bad.
"Can I stay over again tonight?" Gin asked in a pitiful attempt at nonchalance.
Osamu sighed as he tugged down his shirt, knocking Gin's wandering fingers away. It was Golden Week and there was no school for another two days. "Yeah, kid, why not."
