I noticed something over the years. In fandom, there's a great deal of expository sex.

And so on...Sex, I've noticed, has lots of dialogue...and characters waxing poetic-at length-about their lover's sex organs. The length, width, sturdiness, dampness, tightness, and oh so feelgoodedness of the cock or vagina in question could have sonnets written about it...
And then there's the mutual name calling during orgasm (which always happens simultaneously)
First time sex is always interesting in fanfic...sometimes, they don't use lube in slash...and everyone still has a good time. Right. During a girl's first time, there's always mind numbing pain, tears, and blood.
Not to say that some people don't experience that...but if a girl's still a virgin in her twenties? Most likely, she doesn't have a hymen anymore.
