Today is the day I bought a membership at the Fairview Rec Center and spent a half hour exercising; just to try the place out. I'll be spending hopefully 1-2 hours there a day if I don't have plans with friends at the time. I think I can spare it.
My goal is to be at my ideal shape by Late May, when I buy my Cedar Point pass.
1. Losing the bit of fat weight, and hopefully gaining muscle weight.
2. Progress up to the 15lb weights for lifting.
3. Be able to run at 6.0mph for a half hour without getting tired.
I think those are my main goals. Mmyep.
