House update
So our House is finished, now there waiting on us...
Finally got tax returns in and some other money to pay off the Credit Cards.
The G/f got rid of the car her borthers were driving (so it's off our credit)
I got rid of my pretty Blue Car in January (I now am driving a Red Pickup. Is that me?)
We wanted to close in mid March (was hoping to have spring break to work on the house, but not going to happen now) originally we were closing March 31st. I don't think were going to make that date either. The Pay offs for things won't take effect for a week or so, and now with all the foreclosures the Mortgage company says it takes a month to get the paper work through...that means we will be extremely lucky if we can get in by the 31st. but were probably looking at middle to late April. (which leaves me no time to work on the house before our lease is up at our apartment)
Anyone looking at apartments that are Cat friendly, I would suggest looking in Stone Prarie of sycamore (through Lang) Just don't get the one we had...Very nice place but our unit was troublesome.
