For those of you who missed it earlier, Maybe you were scared to go anyfarther down the thread then my scarey pictures in the Garrett Wolfe jersey, (I don't blame you, I need more exercise). Well, I am buying a house with the g/f. We are going to be moving to Cortland in a brand new neighboor hood, with a mix of townhouses and regular houses in a "classic neighboor hood" style area (garages on the back and alleyways behind the houses, with nice front sides) We are going on Wednesday to meet with a designer and pick out colors for floors and counter tops. We've been looking at Refrigerators and washer and dryers. The place had it's basement layed last week (it's a townhouse)and is scheduled to be finished in March, and we are closing at the end of March so we will have April to move in and paint before we get kicked out of the apartment on April 30th. It's going to be nice to have a place of my own. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 floor, townhouse with 2 car attached garage and a full basement. Now comes the fun part, we need to get a bunch of stuff payed off and a couple things sold. We should have a lot of money comeing in in January/Feb with Taxes and School Loan refunds to pay off most everything, But we are going to have to limit fun activities for a while and eat Macaroni and Cheese and Frozen pizza for the next 8 months to make sure everything goes as planned. I'm now looking for a part time (or full time) Day job, and Am trying to sell my car.
If anyone is looking for a new car, 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged, Laser Blue Metalic, Onstar, XM, Premium Sound, Leather Recaro Racing seats, Limited Slip Differential, Sunroof, Color matched interior trim, steering wheel radio controls, 205 Hp supercharged 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine, with 5 speed manual transmision, 17,800 Miles on the Odometer, well taken care of, with regular oil changes and mantinence. Remainder of Factory warrentee. Pictures available if interested. asking for $19,000.
Or if someone wants to pay it off for me that works too..I'll work for it...lol.
