ok. so about today.

I GOT AN IPOD.
for free.
from the school.
because I filled out a survey and my name was called.

so, besides that. lately, I have been going through a lot of rough patches. It just, whenever I get happy, I get sad again. I know I'm homesick and I know I feel like I miss Apex more than it misses me, but I also know that most of this could a) be in my imagination or b) I need to stop worrying about it, because I can't do a god damn thing.

However. Today was a great day.
I saw my mikey :) he came down to visit, we had lunch.
I got my IPOD, obviously a highlight.
A lot of us from the dorm finally hung out :) I've forgotten how important female friendship and male attention can be, I guess. But none the less. to sum up:

I fell back in love with friendsip tonight.
I've needed it. I've needed if for a long time.
