Old Country Music
I'm alone watching these 80s and 90s country music videos. This is partially due to nostalgia, but these songs are so emotional. I never wanted to be one of those people eternally hurt by my parents divorce...I never understood those kids I judged. And I never thought my parents would split when I was an adult. Yet, even though my dad tried to kill my mom on two separate occasions, I find my self crying for them, for what they used to be and what they aren't now and what they can never be.
