Not much of an opinion on him. If anything, she doesn't like him because he A) Broke the rrrrrules, and B) didn't come along quietly, dammit. So she really despises him, and hopes to torture him more in the future for his insubordination.

On the one hand, he understands the beauty of rules. He's also been very useful when it comes to information about Johto. On the other hand, he's a complete moron, and a total pervert. So while he has his uses, she is determined not to get attached to him. However, pride wants to make him change his opinion about her. He's a pet project to poke at.

Cobra is becoming such a fun tool. It's deeply amusing how easily he believes her lies, and he's really just entertainment more than anything else. However, he may have his uses, now that he's a Private in Team Rocket, like her. She just needs the right angle and time to use him. Until then, she'll still play the loyal lackey, and suppress her laughter.

So far, the boy is a toy, and little more. However, like toys are supposed to be, he is amusing, so she may try to mess with him more in the future. However, she is wary, because leaving too many 'strong impressions' on him might ruin her social image. She needs to keep tabs on him to prevent that from happening. Aside from that, she barely cares about him.
