What a great thing, maybe this will get me to stop listening to the same five fucking songs over and over again
Well, its been busy in Sam's world lately... Been working pretty much nonstop between Jeff's store and the warehouse or the "box factory." I worked over 70 hours between last Monday and this past Sunday... I am fucking burnt out... I took today off to buy some shorts, I didn't really own any, and not having them and working at the store on game days is not a fucking option as I learned the hard way. I guess I should do some bullet holes...
-Saturday Night was fun... Got messed at Aaron's and walked home... A true test of drunken physical skills... 40 minutes at 3am in Weston with little or no street lights
-Saw Aday's girlfriend (Addie) and her friends a few times between Weston, Sox games and Portsmouth... Fun people...
-I miss Bryan Young, Sarah Gault, Adi Nochur, Ray Bai and Tim Portnoy... Among others from old skool Newton Crew... Call me, because I am busy as shit, and won't remember to call you... Most likely
-The sox are playing pretty solid baseball considering they are without Schilling. Millar and Bellhorn are taking a decent amount of heat for their lack of offensive production, I don't know that it will turn around. But, chances are, unless Epstein is willing to give up substantial pieces to upgrade, the sox will probably have to live with them... Besides, how many better 2b's are there out there to get? I suppose Chavez from the A's could come over and Mueller could play 2nd, but then will Mueller retired after next year, the problem begins again.
-And Alan Embree is finished. Its sad, he was a solid staple, but it looks like hes seen better days. The sox could get Danny Graves or try to trade for someone, but again, not much out there...
-I really love working in Jeff's store... I love the people and Jeff is simply hilarious. Constantly running around, buying us lunch... Good guy...
