chai chronicles

On Christmas morning, while Patrick and I were walking down to the embarcadero, we stopped at the Coffee Bean & Tea leaf. I ordered a soy chai and was quite impressed to find that they used whole leaf teas. From where I was standing, I could see cardamom pods, pieces of cinnamon stick, pepper corn and other little chunks of chai particulate. Of course, the true test is taste, which it passed too; that is to be expected when you don't use that powdered shit.

Totally random and about one month late, but there you have it.
