But we don't actually know where people go when they disappear, do we? Funny, I would have thought that was a bigger concern than this, since the next person to disappear could be any one of us. Strange how it just...slipped our minds.

They go back home, don't they? At least, that's what I thought. Still, I have no idea why people suddenly disappear like that. It's like the world just gets bored with them and tosses them out, or something along those lines.

We don't know that for sure. And maybe they just ran out of use for whatever we are being used for.

True, but it's the most likely explanation. Well, that's what I've gotten from talking to people who disappeared and came back.

...Maybe. But what ARE we being used for, anyway. Tch, this is pretty hard to figure out with the amount of info we've got.
