well it's been awhile since i wrote in this but i have not had internet in a while. i actually pick up internet alot better now since they turned off my wireless thingy majuger thing, but it's not that reliable. i will turn my internet back on next friday when i get paid.
last week, i went to do four days of field training. it started off really bad because i showed up late. it was already eleven when i showed up and the show time was six. there was five of us and three of them went to put up tents and the the other guy and supposely me had to put up the mobile kitchen. it was already up when i arrived. so for not helping they made me clean up the restrooms. shitty.
well since i showed up late, i tried my hardest to work extra hard and show them that i was really sorry. i stayed after hours and helped clean up. i volunteered for all the crappy things but it seem not to work.
i don't mind doing crappy things when i mess up but i can only go so far with being treated badly, for instance, this guy kept on belittling me. kept on talking to me like i'm a child. tell me to do something but tell me to do it in a respectfull manner( i actually told him just like that). he didn't like it, he put me in my place but the rest of the time he didn't even miss with me.
it's weird the more they messed with me the more people kept telling me that i should got over to there unit. even though that made me feel better it made me feel bad because it was me that did it to me , but at the same time i will never volunteer to do anything with this guy. even if they tell me i have to do it you won't see me there.
the training itself was pretty cool. we got to do some team building.one of the excercise was see what team could build the tallest building with certain materials such as marshmellows,straws, cups etc. we also got to use the mobile kitchen which happens to be my expertise. it's weird the guard had all this nice equipment but they did not know how to use it so my people actually had to operate it. funny.
one of the girls there was actually from calcity. actually she lived down the street. my whole family knows here except for me because i was not in cal city for several years. it was intresting.
