Okay, I know I said I was going to try really hard not to post memes, but I actually like this one. So f*ck it.
15 Things I’ve Done That You Probably Haven’t
1. Had Pica as a child (but only with paper)
2. Performed in a trapeze show (covered in glitter and to "Female of the Species" by Space)
3. Gotten a perfect score on the verbal part of the SATs (I'm a perfect example of how the SATs are a completely useless indicator of intelligence!)
4. Had sex and eaten Krispy Kremes at the same time (It was not disgusting, it was WONDERFUL.)
5. Never smoked a cigarette or taken any kind of recreational/illegal drugs (okay, I stole this one from Erica, but it's true.)
6. Tested positive for TB (and before anyone asks, of course I'm not contagious. Though Violet asked when I mentioned in after we'd been dating for 3 years- I replied "What do you think?" and he said "I don't know..." Great trust, there, Vi.)
7. Gone on vacation with my father and my ex, at the same time. And my brother. (the three of them smoked up together and we went to tapas bars and guitar shops together.)
8. Visted a family member in an mental institution
9. Thrown parties where the entertainment was me and my roommate stripping (to our underwear. With L1, and we started stripping with as many layers of clothing we could get on.)
10. Taken candy from a stranger (and boy, did I get into trouble for that...)
11. Made childhood home videos with my friends with plots revolving around beauty pageants and serial killers, and lost loves and cannibalism (and I still have them.)
12. Performed an interpretive dance of Madonna's "Like a Prayer" in a talent show, complete with 2 friends, crucifixes, black veils, and fingerless lace gloves (I was eight. I still have the tape. It's amazingly bad.)
13. Written letters back and forth with a friend from the characters in our imaginary world
14. Hosted co-ed sleepovers in high school(I decided the high school beer and blunts on a stoop in Brooklyn parties were stupid. I made people bring ice cream toppings to make sundaes, play Monopoly, make videos, dress boys up in my clothes, watch bad movies, have pillow fights and basically run around stupidly until we collapsed at 5 or 6. I'm a bit immature.)
