So it is now July. July is my one year meds-iversary! It's been an entire year since I've been off antidepressants. :)
Let me note that this does not mean:
1. Meds are bad, or unhelpful, or there's anything wrong with taking them, or anyone taking them. (Seriously.)
2. I will not probably be on antidepressants again at some point in the future
It does, however, mean that I've been doing well enough for a whole year that I didn't need the extra help. Yay!
Also, for those who remember
the etsy seller who was tracing (badly) and selling other artist's Doctor Who fanart, I reported the two pieces to etsy and the original artists, and the listings were taken down a few days after (for those familiar with etsy, note the distinction between the listing being moved to "sold" and it being removed, especially if you look at the seller's explanation).
stop-plagiarism reached out to the seller and got a
laughable reply on why it's totes okay to steal other people's art- basically the etsy version of "But it was my roommate who posted that plagiarized fic!". Ugh. (
here are my thoughts on that) At least the pieces are down, though. I am curious as to what prompted the listings to be removed though - I higher doubt the etsy mods paid any attention to my reporting them, as they're notorious for not caring, but something made her. The artists, maybe?
Anyway, have a random sampling of Doctor Who crafts on etsy that are neat (or at least interesting) and not sucky like the ones mentioned above:
