[Anyone stumbling around the edges of Mahogany town might (literally) run into one Grell Sutcliff just standing silently in the middle of the fog. His head faces toward the ground, face obscured by his messy red hair, and there's something in his hand. A pipe? Yes, a bloody pipe at that.
Anyone checking their PokéGear might get a glimpse of it as well, since his Pokémon have a hold of his own PokéGear and are watching him silently from far away. They worry about their trainer, but he also scared the hell out of them earlier so they don't want to go near him.
There is no guarantee that he won't see you as someone else, but feel free to approach him or attempt to talk to him.]
[[OOC: Basically, Grell thinks that pipe is actually his "scythe", a chainsaw. Grell's sort of reliving a fight with Sebastian and the betrayal of Madam Red in his mind right now. He's been going on and off with this, hence why he's just standing there, but he's been...hitting people with the pipe, along with the ghost Pokémon that keep messing with him, just more unsuccessfully. The police are still looking for him.
