[Now that the rain had finally died down, Grell had been around town, egg in tow and Tybalt in his Pokéball, asking about the Sprout Tower incident, mostly because he was genuinely curious about it. Figuring the Violet City residents would know more about the ghost Pokémon (or Pokémon in general), he started with them. Surprisingly, he found out some interesting rumors, and there was even additional information in his PokéGear.]
Time for a little round of Grell's: Did You Know?!
Apparently, Gastly have been rumored to be able to mimic human speech, and can even change their shape! They also envelope their prey in their gasses to confuse, possibly poison, and ultimately subdue it within seconds. They do not seem to be strangers to the Sprout Tower either.
The more I learn about Gastly, the more curious I become. If they are capable of these feats, teleportation of multiple beings in different locations doesn't seem completely out of the question to me.
I wonder if the higher ups would value a Gast [deleted text]
