Pesonal goals:

-get a defining 6-pack. ive been close amny times, never realy sealed the deal though.

- be able to do pushups holding my legs straight out, but not touchin the ground. its doable, really my main problem is balance, not strength.

- by the way, who here does SETS of dips with 100 lbs? Freak o' nature baby.
