Hypothesis: Obama set up Rush.
Hypothesis:
Obama, in calling out Rush Limbaugh, has pushed Rush into a position where he would have to respond. He couldn't do anything but. So, Rush responds. And the response is basically to edge himself closer to the right, and thus pull him away from the RNC. Now there's a civil war brewing in the Republican party (re: Micheal Steele and Rush Limbaugh)
Has Obama and other Inner Party rhetorics on the left fractured the republican party intentionally? Did he antagonize Rush to the point that Rush responded with a shot over his own supposed party's bow?
