thank you dan....dude i went to the most amazibg meditation class.....this man had the most incredible gift...and i found out that the energy that spawns from my hands are my own gift of healing.....he pointed it out because i sat with my hands open upward nad sat open bodied...no crossing my legs or arms...it was tight....and my life is gonna unfold to be this beautiful thing.....
