Title: Warmth
Rating: PG
Pairing: Jaime/Loras
Word Count: 200
Summary: White Sword Tower is a very cold place for a Kingsguard sleeping alone.

This was the first winter he’d spent away from Highgarden and it was cold. There were fireplaces in the common room and in the Lord Commander’s apartment but the other knights of the Kingsguard had to make do with braziers. Osmund Kettleblack had enlisted the help of a comely serving wench to keep his bed warm and Loras’s own bed was so cold now that he couldn’t bring himself to disapprove.

Wrapped in layers of fur, he tried to sleep in the common room but the hard wooden chairs were too uncomfortable. He thought for a moment then headed upstairs to the Lord Commander’s chambers. How could he be expected to be at his best and protect the king if he was too cold to sleep? It was Jaime Lannister’s duty to share the warmth.

Jaime didn’t seem to agree but he was too sleepy to argue and he reluctantly allowed Loras to slide into bed beside him. Loras had only ever shared a bed with his sister and with Renly, and Jaime felt nothing like Margaery. Sometime during the night he slipped his arm around Jaime’s waist and threw his leg over Jaime’s legs, and he slept quite soundly.

Pairings: Arya/Gendry
Word Count: 200
Summary: Arya wears a dress and this time Gendry doesn't laugh.

She wore a gown only because Mother would have wanted her to wear one. She had a wide variety to choose from since Sansa kept ordering gowns for her in the hopes that she would wear them. There was a nice one in Stark colors but Arya knew it wouldn’t take long for the pristine white cloth to gather stains if she wore it. And she couldn’t wear black because this was a celebration. She settled for a brown dress with green embroidery that reminded her of the one Lady Smallwood had lent her years ago.

When she marched through the Great Hall to join her brothers and sister at the high table, she felt people staring at her, but not in the same way they usually did. Even Gendry looked at her like he’d never seen her before. Arya scowled at him, and snatched an apple from a nearby table to hurl at him. It hit his thick head and bounced away, and he still gave her that stupid look. She didn’t even get to enjoy the feast because she was too busy staring at Gendry staring at her.

Finally getting out of the gown was such a relief.

Pairing: Oberyn/Ellaria
Word Count: 200
Summary: Ellaria deals with Oberyn's grief on the anniversary of Elia's death.

It was that time of the year again. He closed off from everyone, even her, and he fought with his brother. The girls were the only ones whose company he could bear, and the sadness in the smiles he gave them made Ellaria want to weep.

The years did not lessen his grief. If anything, he grew angrier. News of King Robert and his Lannister queen, of Lord Tywin Lannister and his dog Ser Gregor Clegane, sent him to the training yard to work out his anger on his sparring partners or to winesinks to drink himself into oblivion.

Prince Doran summoned his brother for a talk every time such news reached them, and for that Ellaria was grateful. If left to himself, she did not doubt that Oberyn would gather his weapons and poisons and ride to Casterly Rock or King’s Landing to challenge the men responsible for his sister’s death. And she knew that he would not return if he did that.

Ellaria had never met Elia Martell but sometimes she couldn’t help being jealous of her. Elia was his sister and a dead woman, but Ellaria suspected that Elia’s share of Oberyn’s heart was larger than hers.

Title: Dragons
Rating: G
Word Count: 218
Summary: Crack!fic crossover between Harry Potter and A Song of Ice and Fire. Fanon!Draco and Viserys compete to be the Slytherin prince.

His hair was a shade of blond even lighter than Draco’s and he had purple eyes. Draco had surreptitiously cast multiple glamour-ending spells on him, but the eyes hadn’t changed color so apparently they were real. He called himself a prince and as if that wasn’t bad enough, he claimed to be the blood of the dragon.

Everyone knew that Draco was the Slytherin prince and his name meant dragon. How dare this newcomer usurp his place? Even Pansy was fawning over this Viserys instead of Draco. Something had to be done.

He had Crabbe and Goyle beat Viserys bloody but Madam Pomfrey healed him so well there weren’t even any bruises and Pansy and the other girls felt sorry for him and eagerly comforted him.

He snuck up behind him one evening and shoved him into the Vanishing Cabinet the way the Weasley twins had done to Montague, but Viserys was back in the Slytherin dormitory the next morning, just as he had originally appeared.

There was nothing left to do but settle this wizard-to-wizard once and for all. Draco challenged Viserys to a duel and drew his wand in preparation. And the next thing he knew, Viserys was charging at him with a sword. Oops, was his last thought, a sword beats a wand any day.
