A couple weeks ago, I went to Walmart's to purchase a few items and when I got to the checkout,(after she had almost every item checked out) I had left my wallet at home. I asked her if she would just set everything back until I could go home and get some money (which she agreed to do) I was walking away when I heard a man say "take them". I turned around and the young man behind me had just paid for my things ($20.00 some dollars). Of course, I told him that I really could pay for them and that I just had to go home and get some money. He insisted and so I graciously thanked him and was grateful to see someone who had such a giving spirit. On Tuesday, Dad and I went to Meiers and he said to me that perhaps I could do the same thing and get some young man to pay for our groceries but of course I just laughed and said that this was not something acceptable for me and we got a good laugh out of it. We are heading out to Church tonight for our first Lent service. We are going primarily to Tyrone since they are having financial trouble. Not that out small tithe is large enough to keep them from sinking but if everyone of us will do what we can, it can be done. We just feel that by our ministry of prescence will help some...hope everyone is having a good day....
