I got a really sweet card from tx_cronopio the other day that I keep forgetting to thank her for. Thanks, Pat! ♥ I appreciate it.
It is entirely too early and I have to catch the shuttle to school for orientation in half an hour. I was up way too late last night. Thanks to executorvs, who is currently my favorite person on the planet, I not only have internet, but also wireless, as he talked me through how to convince my modem not to hate my router.
The first thing I did with an internet connection all my own was stay up well into the night reading Good Omens slash out of the Yuletide archives from 2004. This was especially awesome because today was actually the first day since I moved here that I had to be up early for a school related function.
This is a rather perfect example of my decision making and time management skills.
