Comment to this entry with any fandom. If I'm knowledgeable enough in the fandom to have ships, I'll tell you one non-canon ship I like, one canon ship I like, and one ship I really don't like (either canon OR fanon). Then post this in your own journal to offer up the same responses.

I was going to go "Oh, easy!" But maybe not because there are so many to choose from! For canon ship I like, I'm going to go with Angel(us)/Darla because B/A is kind of a crossover ship and also because A/Darla so very, very pretty in your icon. I just love the idea of them so much, all the history and angst and how it wasn't love, really, (or it was, maybe, in a way) but that doesn't even totally matter because there is still so much between them. All Darla has to do is show up again and Angel loses it completely.

Non-canon ship - Angel/Spike, surprising exactly no one. Like there was even the possibility I was going to say anything else.

Ship I don't like . . . I'm probably going to go with Angel/Cordy. I love both characters and I LOVE their dynamic when they're friends and the almost sibling vibe they have in the early seasons, but sexualizing their relationship really, really didn't work for me, mostly because it wasn't played it as "friends fall in love" but rather as some kind of B/A-redux done badly. "You're Welcome" proved that it could have worked for me, but as it stands it really didn't. (Also Concord didn't work for me either? But I don't really think it was supposed to).

Hee, those are pretty much the ships I'd choose too! :D

A(us)/Darla is epic. That's all. And I still kinda squint at the Torchwood kissing clip to pretend Jack is Angel (not all the time but sometimes....)

I agree about Angel/Cordelia. Their BFF was one of my favourite things ever and the whole making them a couple kinda ruined it for me :( Connor/Cordelia creeps me out (says the girl writing Connor/Darla)

A(us)/Darla is totally epic. (I might have also had my moments of pretending Jack was Angel).

Exactly re: Angel/Cordy. I LOVED their friendship. They had such a great platonic dynamic. I didn't like seeing it messed with.
