my head hurts, my feet stink, and I don't love Jesus
The Mardi Gras recap will come at a time after I have slept, which I sort of didn't do last night at all. Whatever, I did Mardi Gras right. I'm sick with this cold that I have just made gradually worse; I'm exhausted; I've barely eaten in two days and I could hardly function at work today because I lost all reading comprehension ability due to sleep deprivation and crashing blood sugar. But seriously, whatever. This weekend was awesome even if you factor in all the time I spent exhausted and fevered and covered in blisters and bruises and parade grime. I love Mardi Gras BEST, even when it's trying to kill me.
I did not go to Ash Wednesday service tonight. I feel very much like I should have. But leaving the house was so very, very, very not happening.
I haven't checked my flist in about a week and I'm at more or less skip eleventy thousand, so I won't be catching up. Other than tonight's TW, which I have not yet seen, and the birthdays of the lovely kita0610 and soundingsea (Happy Birthday(s), darlings! <3) what did I miss? And seriously, if there is fic I should read PLEASE LINK IT HERE.
How are all of you? What did you think of last week's SPN? When can I buy Panic tickets for Vegas? Why is it not Friday? (I desperately need a weekend to recuperate from my vacation). IMPORTANT QUESTIONS ALL.
