I have obtained Supernatural s2!
That was much more difficult than it should have been.
I have also obtained a Cobra Starship cd and a Gym Class Heroes cd. And the special edition Nightmare Before Christmas soundtrack. I was up until 4am watching Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco (and a few MCR) interviews and VMA performances and music videos. Look! I have an icon (courtesy of exsequar). exsequar, neverneverfic, fallingfortruth - what communities do I need to join? Is there a newsletter somewhere? The rest of you - remember that intervention we talked about?
In other news, my apartment is fucking haunted. And okay, normally I can deal with that alright and I know we've talked about this before, but last night was my first night back in the apartment and also my cat's first night back in the apartment since I left her with my parents while I was in Turkey. I didn't really hear anything until the cat started acting really weird at about 2am. Like, tearing around the house with her ears back and her tail all puffed up and trying to bite me and behaving in really uncharacteristic ways since she's normally so sweet. And then when I went to bed she curled up by me, but every time I tried to move her over or pull her toward me, she started hissing - except not at me, at the door where the RUSTLING SOUNDS AND FOOTSTEPS were coming from and she was very alert and focused on things that weren't there and it kind of freaked me out, but I didn't want to go investigate because I didn't want the ghosts to know that I knew they were there. It was disconcerting.
It's good to be back, though. Last night I had a Farscape marathon with songgirl12, hunterandprey and executorvs since they had stopped watching in order to wait for me to get back, which was sweet of them. Partly it was sweet of them. Partly the dvds are mine. (hahahahaha). I made them drink my bottle of Raki (the Turkish anise liquor) that I brought back. I don't like it much because I don't like licorice, but that's not the point, you know? So that was fun.
Today I did not unpack. At all.
