we all know that doctors are crazy.
i told the doctor i havent been eating carbs. i told him i'd read that the tests wont work if you havent been eating gluten. he said yes thats true but it will work anyway and he'll see me in 6 months to see how the gluten free diet worked out (after teasing me for eating only cardboard. we know his nutritional stances.)
the internet is pretty clear on this issue. the test is an antibody test for inflammation, and if you havent been exposed to the allergen, you dont have allergic reactions. i've been low carb for a couple of years now, and i've been almost 0 carbs for over 6 months.
not exactly sure how to proceed. should i go on a gluten diet for a month and take the test then?
stupid doctors. why dont they go on the internet?

in other news, last night we calculated my calories for the day, and it was about 1000. we calculated how many calories burned in 5 hours of dancing... at least 1500. not a sustainable situation.
i was big girl this morning and ate a whole bowl of oatmeal, even though it seemed impossible.
