Even more news from the Bat-Cave...
Being caught in the middle of a giant downpour no where near any kind of shelter, yet strangely at the shore of a lake, is usually deemed as a bad thing when you don't have an umbrella.
But then there's me. I love the rain. I got some great photo's (which makes even more depressed that I don't have a digital camera yet) and to top it off, I finally have proof that my tilly hat is far better than any old ball cap.
People either love or hate my hat. Well ... most people hate it. In fact, I don't think I know anyone who has said "Hey. Nice hat.". But still, I like it, and it protected not only my eyes from the sun before the rain came, but later on protected my eyes from the splashing rain and the back of my neck from freezing.
So there. To all neigh sayers of my hat. It looks good and serves function.
