Ok, I'm not going to have Jon with me. It's an extension of a work trip and it's just too expensive (Spring Break) to get Jon down there too.
In a wacky confluence of events my parents will be in Orlando at that time too, so I will get to spend some time with them.
Here's the schedule:
Fly down Wednesday the 5th. From then until 5 p.m. on Saturday my company owns my time. I have heard rumors that we will have a partial day in Epcot but that's all the free time we'll have in the parks and even that will be someone structured.
Saturday from 5 p.m. on is mine. I probably can't get together with my parents this night, so I will probably be on my own.
Sunday is completely free and I'll probably have at least my mom with me.
Monday I have a late night flight home. So no evening activities at the parks but I will have most of the day.
I do not like thrill rides - I'm more interested in the show-type rides and uniquely Disney stuff (the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse was always my favorite at MK).
Damn, this is going to be fun. Not as much fun as if Jon was with me, but fun none the less.
So, suggested itineraries based on this information? I kind of like the idea of seeing the Wishes fireworks display from the Contemporary resort on Saturday night if I don't spring for La Nouba tickets...
