WOOHOO physiotherapy is good times, i got three exercises to do and i have to do them 4-5 times daily, DAILY ARE U KIDDING ME? i dont think there is enough time in the day to get me to work on excercises 4-5 times daily is it just me or is that ridiculous? But if i want a strong healthy back to boof schnids mom then i guess ill do these exercises!
