I had a dream this afternoon that I was sitting with some Army buddies and we were cleaning our M-16 rifles. For some reason, my focus was on the firing pin. My dream then changed to that of me being somewhere during the Middle Ages and I was trying to make gunpowder. I was in desparate need of sulphur. Yeah, actually; I'm reading a book on the Crusades from the Arabic perspective (truly horrific) and Ibn Arabi was one of the main chroniclers of the time.

I can check the bibliography for the titles of his source works if you like. Don't have the book with me and can't remember the exact title.

Great book though.
