I've been going to school since October and I thought by now I would've lost a little bit of weight. That is not the case. I have managed to stay the exact same weight as when I started. I know I don't eat right but I don't eat so horribly that I wouldn't lose any weight at all. It has to be that I don't have any time to work out. Between going to school full-time and have a full-time job I just can't find the time to work out.
So in three months I will graduate and I absolutely have joined a gym now. I way 190 pounds. I need to get down to 125 pounds and I don't think I'm good to be able to do that within a year. I'm going to have to plan out of diet plan exercise regimen. This will just be one more step in improving my life.
Spent almost 5 weeks since I quit smoking cigarettes and it's been tough. If I can quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey I can definitely change my diet and start working out with no problem.
