I'd never recommend it with the down/up speeds you're suffering with. You need to get a decent cable internet provider down there. DSL sucks.

Just make sure you wrap your new cable box/tivo/whatever in aluminum foil so The Man can't watch you, remembering to punch a few holes in it for ventilation.

Yeah, it sucks alright. I'm not close enough to the CO to get even 3.0 speeds, and Comcast blows tools for internet service.

I'll probably cheap out and get the ol' Tivo fixed. I'll never improve my financial situation by taking on another payment.
