(no subject)
Bought the SU Lego Dimensions, a couple level packs, and a couple character packs for winter holiday. Just opened the box from ToysRUs and half of the stuff is the wrong stuff. PS4 edition instead of PS3. The Back to the Future character pack instead of the level pack. The shipping invoice is correct, they just put the wrong thing in the box.
I'm on hold with their phone line trying to find the quickest way to fix this. If their online returns FAQ had more info, I could move on, but no we can't give more than bare bones return info. Ugh.
P.S. Their hold music is the worst. Tinny and lots of high pitched noises. Did I mention I'm on day 12 of this migraine?
Edit: The lady on the phone is super nice. Fixed it for me. Was having computer problems.
