teeth issues

I went to the dentist today. It's been two or three years since I saw one last. New dentist.

First time I can remember I left the dentist without the taste of blood in my mouth. Like I have semi-shitty teeth and I don't floss, but old dentist treated that as something that was inevitable. New dentist didn't saw floss into my gums. Also got a cup of room temp water to rinse with on my own instead of the coldest water in the universe squirted into my mouth by surprise.

My entire mouth has been x-rayed. I have to get two crowns on opposite sides of my mouth. I think I've got an entire four teeth that don't have fillings or need fillings and two of those are wisdom teeth that moved up to where I got molars removed (fuckers were so sideways the dental surgeon didn't know how they'd cut through).

After insurance it'll be just under a thousand to do round one of repairs. That'll be both crowns and some cavities that are near the crowns. The pre-insurance cost was just over three thousand. Thank god for the money I inherited. I think this'll knock out the last of the money we liquidated to buy the house.

If you need a rec for a really good dentist who listens to you and does a thorough yet gentle teeth cleaning in the NOLA area hit me up.

Also no one is allowed to say I have a big mouth because the teeth cleaning lady says so.
