Skeith is this nasty Avatar-thing he's got living with him, which comes out sometimes and makes him like a zillion times more powerful. It's pushy, and....weird.

But don't worry. Haseo should be alright, he's dealt with Skeith before, its like a part of him.

...but anyway! I promised Haseo I'd lay off ragging about his dumb boyfriend thing a little, so, lets talk about some thing else.

It is nice. We've got a good building. It's not big, like the other apartments, so we all know each other close, and take turn on lookout and all pull our even weight so we've got what we need to get by, you know? Its easier when you know who you're living with, instead of just cramming everyone who shows up on the stoop into an empty apartment. Gohl's always been more like a team, a crew. That's how we are.

We're going to try and take a raft out across the lake, when the ice melts.
