Ivan initially mistook Alfred for Vietnam War!America. Aaron and Ivan have not interacted much in DR canon, but he did play in his poker game. Aaron is also going to have Ivan's baby, once he gets a hold of Bing's uterus.

The two also enjoy intellectual and civilized discussions on economic theory.

Jones and Ivan didn't get off to a good start and it is likely that they will not have a good end. He also tried to blow Ivan and all up his comrades up, forcing Ivan to return the favor. Ivan eagerly awaits the day when Viet will beat him up, and suspects that he is a cannibal.

Ivan rescued Tibet from getting eaten by her, once in the bull stampede and once in her dining room. He thinks she's a crazed succubus with an unhealthy interest in little boys.

A fellow Communist Party member, who held doors open while they were all trying to drown Alfred at the pon'. Ivan doesn't appreciate Sweden's neutrality and finds his loyalty questionable. He also does not appreciate his cupcakes.

They get on fairly well. Ivan suggested that the Baltic states and the Russias all sleep together in one room, but this idea was cruelly shot down. IVAN NEVER FORGETS

Ivan plans to graft his head onto Kumajirou and Panda if he is disobedient. He also wants to give him a barcode. Other Ivan's forgetfulness about communism brings Ivan no end of grief.

Ivan hates Panda and views him as a most sinister rival. He plans to graft Kumajirou's head onto his neck.

Ivan thinks they will get along splendidly, just like they always have! Raivis tells fantastic lies and MUST BE PUNISHED FOR HIS INSOLENCE. Ivan and Yao tried to eat him once.
Roderich - von_habsburg
Tibet mistakenly thought that Roderich and Natalya (soyuz_rossi) were married, resulting in Ivan mistakenly thinking that Roderich had defiled his sister, which may or may not result in Roderich mistakenly getting a yak head sewn to his shoulder. He also passed through the Communist Party party but declined to attend (that dirty free-marketer).
Sadiq - ban_set_turkiye
The two met when Ivan was trying to kidnap Cyprus. Needless to say, they do not get on well.
Seychelles - repiblik_sesel
Ivan is trying to steal her uterus for Francis.
Tibet - world_roof
Ivan's loyal comrade, who Ivan rescued during the dodgeball game. He believes Ivan is a god Bodhisattva and is therefore on Ivan's good side. The boy will never get any of his vodka, though. It was also under Ivan's direction that Tibet let various animals stampede into HQ.

Ivan's ex and current stalking victim. Ivan believes he has suitably intimidated Other Ivan into not touching him.
Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus - opatilla
Turkiye's son and the first person to pass out from Ivan's tea. Ivan plans to give him two uteruses and a humanzee (for purely scientific reasons, of course). Earlier, Ivan advised him on the best way to fix national bankruptcy.

Ivan's elder sister, who is always very happy to see him!
Vietnam (North) - dragon_viet
Ivan's favorite girl! They've had a number of crazy adventures together, usually involving Communist club activities such as Partying, trying to kill Alfred, and celebrating Alfred's death. They have a hypothetical child tentatively named Panda.
Vietnam (South) - mono_vn
Ly's younger sister and the capitalist South Vietnam. Ivan thinks she is too loud and too wimpy at the same time, though he won't say so for fear of insulting her sister.
Yao - chairman_yao
Ivan first infiltrated HQ by disguising himself as one of his pandas. Ivan is also a little afraid of him because he has knees like jackhammers is a crafty devil, though he'll never admit it and does his best not to show it. The two are bitter ex-lovers. Outside of the DR, they've attempted to cook Shinatty-chan.
Yun Soo - kimchi_jigae
A vicious panda-hating capitalist who attacked him during the dodgeball game. Ivan wishes that he turned out more like his northern sibling, but the two did have a brief truce when they were rescuing Tibet from Bella.
