Relay Officially Cancelled :(
The Cancer Society made a safety call and have cancelled our Relay for Life. I've touched base or left messages for everyone.
They've asked if we want to do the Kumeu Relay in 3 weeks. I'm keen and several of us live out this way so that might be better. It's the first Kumeu one. If I can get at least 10 people and track coverage we'll do it. There's 5 of us who might be able, just need to pick up another 5 either out of our team of current team of 18 or see if we can convince a few other people who couldn't join us this weekend to take the place of team members who can't do it in Kumeu (I know at least 2 people who were keen to do Relay but wouldn't be able to this weekend).
Off to make (more) lists of what I need to sort re: team, branding items, questions for the Canc Soc when they touch base with us, possibilities of what we need differently for the Kumeu one if we do it and possible extra team members.
