There's a sketch fest going on over at Ellenmillion Graphics. This is a semi-regular thing and it's interesting to watch (or take part in). You post a prompt for one of the many artists who are standing by. They work for a full 24 hours (just over 20hrs to go), can only spend 1 hr per artwork. That poor duck, lol! I'm glad you were able to free her. :)

Also, I loved the cat and mouse armour! I'm into swordfighting and am working on making my own armour and just last night a friend was talking about her idea for making tiny armour for one of her My Little Ponies but neither of us have that kind of talent. I absolutely love it; thanks for posting!

I love that icon!

The duck was lucky it wasn't a weekday. With it being winter, me being sick and it usually being dark when I go out to take recycling or garbage out I wouldn't have seen her even if I'd looked. I had heard her the night before but that whole dark/cold/raining thing meant I wasn't up for poking around behind the bbq.

I'm glad you loved the armour. I did too! That would have been really hard to make but was so beautiful and intricate!

I hadn't seen those photos! They're great. :) I need to get some good photos of my armour up sometime. I know a friend took some at the medieval festival we were at last week but he hasn't posted them yet. We did a swordfighting demo so I hope he was able to get some good action shots. I will try to remember to post a link once he gets them online. I'm excited to see them - I'm usually the one behind the camera so I never have any pictures of myself!

I hear you, I'm usually the one doing the photography but both our cameras have a self timer and we have tripods so I can get shots of us.

Thanks - that one I snagged from a news article about the Up Helly Aa festival. I thought it was a beautifully intricate helm.

I have a tripod and a timer but mostly I just hate pictures of myself. ;) The downside being when I'm doing a fight demo and have no pictures! Apparently David filled three cards taking pictures at the medieval festival so he's still going through his pictures. I will link them when they're posted!
