We'll go from this
 to this
 in 10 easy steps.



1)Ok, so we have this dark grainy base.What we can do with it?First of all, let's make it more bright.

Go to Curves and set following:
Input 123,Output 169 and then again Input 151,Output 159

It would get us this:

2) Than go to Filters>Sharpen>Smart Sharpen and set following:
Effect 37, radius 0,3

3) Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance to make a Color Balance layer and set the following settings:
Midtones: -8/0/+10

4) Go to Hue&Saturation and set following:
Hue 0, Saturation +24

That all would lead us to this



5)Now create a Color Fill layer (Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color) and input the color #393a4b and set it to Dodge at 73% Opacity.

 ====>

6)Go again to Curves and set:
Input: 140, Output 163





7) Now make a Selective Color Layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color) and input the following settings:

Reds: 0/0/0/-55




8) Again go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance to make a Color Balance layer and set the following settings:

Midtones: -9/0/+9

9) Again create a Color Fill layer (Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color) and input the color #2b2c30 and set it to Dodge.





10)And the last step - again go to Filters>Sharpen>Smart Sharpen and set following:
Effect 26, radius 0,4

And you've done it!
