One of Those Occasions
This is just one of those times when I positively have to stop what I'm doing and post on LiveJournal.
The Authority is...hands down...the best comic book I've read in a very long time. Fuck, I haven't enjoyed myself since that Summer I sat down an binged on The Punisher Max series or when I went batshit insane trying to read V for Vendetta and 300 before they came out in the theatres. The Dark Knight Returns didn't even do this for me.
I tried to think of who my least favorite character was because I couldn't pick a favorite. I guess I'm just going to have to go with Swift only because I haven't seen her do a whole lot. But I definitely don't dislike. I loved Jenny Sparks, Jack Hawksmoor, Apollo, Midnighter, Engineer, The Doctor.... Man I just love the very idea of this comic book. Sweet Jesus it's awesome. You're sure to be hearing me rant about this for awhile, people that live near me/go to school with me. Etc.
