Roommate Wanted

Demonix99 and I are looking for a fabulous new roommate.
We live in a nice condo by Coddingtown in Santa Rosa. Three bedrooms (yours is admittedly small), two bathrooms, garage for storage. Rent is $400 a month, plus utilities. I have a marvelous cat, Jacques, so allergy sufferers will not enjoy living here.
We are looking for someone to move in around the 25th.
