IMHO, there is no breach of attorney client privilege, but I could be wrong. Nah.

By the way, it's really great to have a fellow lawyer call you out...I guess you're right because the specifics regarding former employees' jobs does not have to do with our representation of the bank. So, thanks. Glad to know I'm still ethical.

By the way, you wouldn't want to work here. There's too much drama, and you'll HATE the secretary. I'm very tolerant and sometimes I have to keep myself from visibly shaking with anger.
