Damn, I never want to get old. I like the way you write, somewhat depressing but real.

Oh, thank you! That's a real compliment to me. I used to write in a modified stream of consciousness that worked as a teenager, but I'm trying to tone it down a bit.
Ciao!

I really like this picture of you. You're so hot!

As for thinking of someone I haven't thought of in a while, I thought of a dear friend of mine whom I've known only on-line and by phone for 10 years. Wow, has it really been more than 10 years since I've been on-line? I feel a little old...

Why didn't you ever meet in person? And was the internet around 10 years ago? If it was, it hadn't hit the societal artery yet.

I think she felt a little concerned. I'm sure if I pressed the issue, she'd let me visit. We talked about it a little. It's amazing how her live and mine have changed over the years. We used to be very much into arousing each other over the phone. Nowadays I talk with her about her new house that she just recently got. :P

The Internet as we know it - the World Wide Web - took off about 1992/1993, but didn't really start hitting the mainstream until 1995 and beyond.

But before that, there was always stuff like Telnet and Gopher and FTP and newsgroups and chatrooms and instant messaging.

About the pictures: that was my old self-portraiture. You'll be able to see the evolution of the photographs in subsequent posts. I'm glad you like them!

No real comment to make. Just thought I'd stop by and flirt for a minute.

Not much of nothing right now. I like to stay scantly clad for a while after showering.
