Chapter One:
red-panda-chan.livejournal.com/1530.html The pretty brunette took a drink of her soda with its sweet and bubliness. Her name was Han Chae Ri and she had been walking for some time down the streets of Shibuya wondering where she should go not noticing the pretty boy walking in her direction.
He had seen her a few times walking with her curls bouncing as she walked and her eyes bright like she had just seen the world for the first time, but he didn’t expect to see her again as he was walking down the street.
But that’s usually how Yamada Ryosuke was his thoughts always disturbed by something. Now he was thinking about his lousy day so far as Chae Ri ran into him, her cola spilling on his shirt.
“I’m so sorry!” she exclaimed taking a napkin and trying to dry it.
“No it’s alright,” he said trying to dry it too.
“No it’s not,” Chae Ri disagreed and looked around quickly. When she found a suitable store she looked back at Ryosuke. “Come with me.” She grabbed his hand and pulled him into the store.
She looked around trying to find a new shirt for him to wear but was at a loss. She didn’t usually buy boys’ clothes. She then looked back at him as he was standing there his white shirt seeping wet with cola.
“How about this?” she asked pointing at a blue shirt.
“Umm…” he didn’t answer.
“Look if you’re not going to pick something I’ll do it for you,” she snapped at him but it wasn’t that he didn’t know what to choose but he was too captivated by her beauty that he didn’t know how to respond to her.
“Excuse me!” she suddenly waved over a sales clerk who looked to be only a few years older than the two.
“How may I help you?” he asked looking between the two waiting for an answer.
“Can you get that white shirt up there?” Chae Ri asked pointing at the white shirt at the top with black lettering on it. She then added: “In a size medium.”
“Alright,” the clerk replied and as he got the shirt down Chae Ri turned to Ryosuke.
“I hope it won’t be too big,” she said as the clerk got the shirt down.
“Look you don’t have to buy it for me,” Ryosuke said politely.
“No I really do,” she replied. “I ruined your shirt so to repay you I’ll buy you a new one.”
“Is that all?” the clerk interrupted the two handing Chae Ri the shirt.
“A dressing room please,” she answered with a stunning smile.
“Follow me,” he started toward the back and she grabbed Ryosuke’s hand again.
The clerk opened a dressing room and left to the front of the store and Chae Ri handed Ryosuke the shirt.
“Change into this and come out when you’re done,” she told him.
“Alright,” he closed the door and she went to the front register.
“You know who that is right?” the clerk asked her.
“Who?” Chae Ri looked at him confused.
“The boy you came in with,” he said as she shook her head. “His name’s Yamada Ryosuke.”
“Really,” she said nodding her head trying to make it look like she understood, but really she didn’t.
She looked down into the case of jewelry and she spotted a sparkly skull necklace and matching bracelet.
“Something catch your eye?” he asked following her gaze to the items and pulled them out. “Would you like it? It’s one of a kind, guaranteed no one else has them.”
“I don’t know,” Chae Ri said still looking at them intensely.
Suddenly Ryosuke came out of the dressing room wearing the nice clean shirt. He looked at Chae Ri then at the necklace and bracelet in front of her.
“The shirt is ¥1,990,” the clerk said as Chae Ri pulled out her money and paid the clerk she was about to leave when.
“Wait,” Ryosuke said before she could leave. “How much are these?” he pointed to the bracelet and necklace.
“¥3,032,” he said as Ryosuke pulled out some money and set them on the counter and grabbed the two.
He then looked at Chae Ri’s confused face.
“So the next time we meet,” he put the necklace around her neck and put the bracelet on his right wrist. “We’ll know we’ve met before.”
“I think I can remember your face,” Chae Ri said sounding like she was being rude but really not trying to be.
“Just in case,” he replied as they walked out.
“Oh crap!” she exclaimed catching a glimpse of a clock. “I’m late! I have to go!” Chae Ri ran off leaving Ryosuke standing there alone.
“Yamada!” he turned to see his friends Morimoto Ryutaro and Nakajima Yuto with the three lucky fans that got to spend the day with them.
“Where have you been?” Yuto asked.
“Why did you change your shirt?” one of the girls asked as the other two giggled.
“No reason,” he sounded like he was hiding something.
“Don’t lie,” Ryutaro elbowed him in a playful manner.
Well it wasn’t like he was going to tell anyone why he changed his shirt. He didn’t want to bring false hope of meeting that girl because they may never meet again, but he was glad he got to meet her, because she was something… special.
