Going for my second interview at Brauer.
Wishing on everything that I get that job. It would be really, really wonderful!
Working at Barossa Valley Estates at the moment, in the lab. It's such a wonderful place to work, it's a pitty it's only for vintage. But the people are so nice, and my superviser (who's name happens to be John as well) is the best superviser I've ever had to work under. Ever. He's wonderful. And a really good teacher.
So now I know how to do free and total sulphurs, pH/TA's, baume's on wine and juice and pH & baume for maturity analysis on grapes. (That's really fun for all those people who don't know what I mean. *grin* Basically you get a heap of grapes, put them in a huge plastic jug and bash them with a bottle or somesuch thing until you get the juice out of it - fun!)
Been scrapbooking with Amy and Bec a lot lately, and it's been really fun. I enjoy doing my scrapbook so much more when I'm doing it with other people. I'm just really annoyed that I've bought two lots of refills and not one of them will fit my scrapbook. Grrr...
Amy - does your scrapbook have three holes to put extra sheets in? If it does, I've got a ten-pack you can have. I think Bec's is like mine with the two holes. It's no fair! *laugh*
So there's not a hell of a lot else going on at the moment. Going cabachoning on sunday, which'll be good. Maybe I'll get to finish my heart.
I've got up so early today, and there's nothing really to do at the moment but wait for people to get up all over the place. If I had enough money for petrol I'd go to mum's, but I don't. God I can't wait til I get... PAID!! It'll be wonderful.
I need to buy a small, portable CD player for work. Does anyone know how much they go for in the shops?
Aaah, onward. Talk to you all later!!

Oh, the other night I had a dream about my daughter. She'd be smart, would talk a lot, but be smart and interesting. She'd have light brown hair, and light hazel eyes. She'd be a bit of a tomboy and love playing sport with her father or helping on the farm.
God, it was so real it was scary...!!!
