I've got twelve quid and a handful of sickles and knuts that are gathering dust. More in Gringott's, but I wasn't about to put myself in the MoM's sights by sashaying through there to make a withdrawal.

You know, even though there were Goblins on You-Know-Who's side, I reckon that they'd have to do right by people at Gringotts, or no-one would keep their money there any more. We could set it up so that if they tried anything, a letter would go out to everyone saying that the Goblins are messing around with people's money and they can't be trusted. It wouldn't take a lot to really bugger up Gringotts' reputation...

If Malfoy thinks everyone's going to go merrily along with all these checks and licenses and random searches then he's obviously forgotten how well Umbridge's decrees and Inquisitional Squad went over at Hogwarts. People will find ways around it.
Though if it's difficult going into Diagon Alley now, the Quidditch Association might not be any better.
